How often does CGHC meet?

We will be meeting every Thursday from 10am-12pm. This is subject to change based on space availability.

Where will the co-ops be held?

In the Centennial Hills area of North Las Vegas.

Are you a faith-based or secular co-op?

We are a secular co-op. We respect that there are many families of different faiths and we welcome them all here.

Is there a yearly membership fee?

There is a one-time enrollment fee of $25 per family, a yearly fee of $99/child, siblings receive at 10% discount. You can find out more about our enrollment by going here.

What does the membership fee cover?

Currently all fees cover administrative costs, supplies for classes and some events. Field trips and activities may be additional costs. We also keep remaining funds in a reserve for unexpected costs and/or facility rental if the need arises.

What is the minimum age for enrollment?

We accept all children that are at least 5 years old through high school age. Younger siblings are welcome to attend and will be watched by parent volunteers in a play area near the classroom. All children must pay the enrollment fee regardless of age.

Is this an educational or extracurricular co-op?

We are an extracurricular co-op, offering classes and activities that supplement the learning experience by the parent at home. All parents are expected to do their own due diligence regarding submitting a Notice of Intent to Homeschool, and all necessary state required information prior to committing to homeschool.

Can I drop off my child?

All successful co-ops rely upon full parent involvement. Parents are expected to attend all co-op meetings for the duration. Parents are also invited to facilitate classes and/or assist with younger siblings during co-op classes, along with other volunteer opportunities that arise during the year.

When does the co-op begin and end?
